Golden Kiwi Juice Concentrate

Golden kiwi juice concentrate is made from the juice of golden kiwifruit, which are known for their sweeter, less tart flavor compared to green kiwifruit. The juice is concentrated by removing water, intensifying its flavor and sweetness.

Manufacturers use golden kiwi juice concentrate primarily as a flavoring agent to impart a distinct fruity taste. It is often found in beverages like sparkling water, juices, and teas, as well as in some fruit-flavored snacks and desserts.

Golden kiwi juice concentrate is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA when used as a food ingredient. It is a natural source of sugars and vitamins, contributing to the overall nutritional profile of foods. Regulatory bodies like JECFA and EFSA have evaluated fruit-derived ingredients, and typical consumption as part of a balanced diet is not associated with adverse health effects. No significant controversies are associated with its use.
