Organic Clove Extract

It imparts a warm, pungent, and sweet flavor reminiscent of the whole spice.

Manufacturers use organic clove extract primarily as a flavoring agent to add a warm, spicy note to foods and beverages. It is commonly found in baked goods, desserts, beverages like spiced teas and eggnog, and savory dishes where a hint of clove is desired.
