Organic Strawberry Juice From Concentrate

Organic strawberry juice from concentrate is made from organically grown strawberries. The juice is extracted from the fruit and then concentrated by removing water. This process intensifies the flavor and makes it easier to transport and store.

Manufacturers use organic strawberry juice from concentrate primarily for its natural flavor and color. It adds a distinct strawberry taste and appealing pink hue to products. It is commonly found in yogurts, fruit juices, nectars, and fruit drinks.

Organic strawberry juice from concentrate is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA when used as a food ingredient. It is a source of natural sugars, vitamins, and antioxidants found in strawberries. International bodies like JECFA and EFSA have evaluated fruit juices, but specific evaluations for 'organic strawberry juice from concentrate' are not separately listed. At typical consumption levels, it is considered safe and contributes to dietary intake of nutrients.
