Soybean Soy Lecithin With Monoglycerides

Soy lecithin is a phospholipid derived from soybean oil. It is a byproduct of soybean oil processing and is often used as an emulsifier. Monoglycerides are derived from fats or oils and are also used as emulsifiers.
