Bourbon Vanilla Beans

Bourbon vanilla beans are the dried fruit of the vanilla orchid, primarily grown on the island of Madagascar (formerly Bourbon). After harvesting, the beans undergo a lengthy curing process involving wilting, sweating, and drying, which develops their characteristic rich, sweet aroma and flavor.
