Rice Dextrin

Rice dextrin is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in food. It is a source of carbohydrates and is easily digested. International bodies like JECFA and EFSA have evaluated similar carbohydrate-based ingredients. Evidence does not suggest adverse health effects from typical consumption levels.
