Fair Trade Cocoa Powder

Fair Trade cocoa powder is made from cocoa beans that are grown, harvested, and processed according to fair trade standards. These standards ensure fair prices and ethical treatment for farmers and workers. The beans are fermented, dried, roasted, and ground into a powder, often with some or all of the cocoa butter removed.
