Glucono Delta Lactone & Calcium Carbonate

Glucono delta-lactone (GDL) is a natural food ingredient derived from glucose, a sugar. It is a white crystalline powder that acts as a slow-release acidulant. Calcium carbonate is a mineral naturally found in rocks and shells, often processed for use as a food ingredient.
